Terms of using the Microsoft Flexible Virtualization Benefit
The Customer must read and agree to the terms and conditions for using Microsoft’s products and services, including any restrictions or limitations on use.
The Customer can familiarize themselves with the Microsoft Customer Agreement by clicking on the link: https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/customeragreement. This Microsoft Customer Agreement is a binding legal agreement, and customers must agree and comply with its terms and conditions to use Microsoft’s products and services. Customers need to review the agreement carefully.
The Customer must comply with all applicable Microsoft licensing terms and any other applicable laws and regulations. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Microsoft Flexible Virtualization Benefit program complies with all applicable requirements.
Suppose the Customer fails to comply with the above requirements and/or the Microsoft license terms. In that case, the Contractor may immediately terminate the provision of all Microsoft product license lease services to the Customer. Once the Customer has been notified of the termination of the lease service, it shall be considered that the Customer’s license lease agreement is terminated, and the Customer has no right to use the respective Microsoft product.
