How to register on the myDEAC platform?

Please follow the steps below to register and set up your account.

  1. Go to the Sign-up section and enter the required information, or choose to register with your active Google or GitHub account.
  2. Read the DEAC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click Register.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email to complete the final step.
  4. Confirm the email verification by clicking the unique link and Confirm Profile.

What are the next steps after registration?

After registering an account, you can take full advantage of the platform by choosing the IT service you want in the product section.

myDEAC products are divided into 2 categories:

  1. myDEAC Online services - services that can be ordered online and are available within a few minutes.
  2. DEAC data center services, for the application of which you must send a request to our business consultants, after which an offer that meets your requirements will be prepared for the individual. Read more about the products in the Products section.

Why do I have to accept the terms of the Privacy Policy?

In the processing of personal data, DEAC prioritizes transparency and security. Our Privacy Policy informs you about the information we collect, how we use it and your rights as a user of our services. We require your agreement to our Privacy Policy to ensure you understand these crucial details.

What restrictions are present?

To prevent spamming and other malicious activity, we block outbound traffic on port TCP 25 by default. To unblock the port, you must perform additional validation.
